Resolution Of The Township Of Lakewood, County Of Ocean, State Of New Jersey, Authorizing The Lakewood Tax Collector To Refund Overpayments On Various Block And Lots To Riverside Abstract

WHEREAS,  overpayments have been received in the Tax Office, for various Block and Lots as detailed in the attached Schedule A; and

WHEREAS, the payment(s) totaling $11,568.23 on said parcels was received in error, and created duplicate payments and/or overpayments and is hereby requesting refunds to be sent to the following:

Lakewood NJ  08701

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Governing Body of the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that the Treasurer be directed to draft a check in the amount of $11,568.23 to the Taxpayer named above, and the Collector to adjust her records accordingly.
