| | | | | | | | WHEREAS, overpayments have been received in the Tax Office, for various Block and Lots as detailed in the attached Schedule A; and
WHEREAS, the payment(s) totaling $4,845.44 on said parcels was received in error, and created duplicate payments and/or overpayments and is hereby requesting refunds to be sent to the following:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Governing Body of the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that the Treasurer be directed to draft a check in the amount of $4,845.44 to the Taxpayer named above, and the Collector to adjust her records accordingly. |
