Resolution Of The Township Of Lakewood, County Of Ocean, State Of New Jersey, Authorizing The Execution Of A Shared Services Agreement With The County Of Ocean Department Of Health Entitled “Interlocal Services Agreement For Health Department Services” | |
| | | | | | | | WHEREAS, N.J.S.A. 40A:65-1, et seq. authorizes governmental entities to enter into an agreement, among other things, for the sharing of health department services; and
WHEREAS, the Township of Lakewood wishes to enter into a new Agreement with the County of Ocean for the purpose of setting forth the terms and conditions regarding the Township’s services from the Ocean County Health Department.
WHEREAS, pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:30-5.4, a Certificate of Availability of Funds executed by the Chief Financial Officer is annexed hereto.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Mayor and/or Deputy Mayor is hereby authorized to execute and the Township Clerk to attest to a Shared Services Agreement between the Township of Lakewood and the County of Ocean Board of Health.
2. That the term of the Ocean County Board of Health Agreement shall be stated in the contract.
3. The Township Clerk shall forward a copy of this Resolution to all parties in interest. |
