| | | | | | | | WHEREAS, a performance guarantee was heretofore posted with the Township by Marc Chemtob in the form of Check No. 27331121 date February 27, 2025, issued by Provident Bank, in the amount of $25,000.00, in connection with ZB 4323, Demolition of Structure, Block 416, Lot 17; and
WHEREAS, under date of July 8, 2025, the Township Engineer did recommend a release of the performance guarantee aforesaid; and
WHEREAS, the Township Committee has reviewed the recommendation aforesaid and finds the same to be acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Performance Guarantee aforesaid be and hereby is released.
2. That the Township Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the following:
A. Township Engineer;
B. Chief Financial Officer; and
C. Marc Chemtob |
