Resolution Of The Township Of Lakewood, County Of Ocean, State Of New Jersey, Releasing A Performance Guarantee Monuments Posted By Moshe & Melissa Botnick, In Connection With SD #2539 (Salem St & Albert Ave) Block 1159.01 Lots 5 & 13

| | | | | | | | WHEREAS, a performance guarantee was heretofore posted with the Township by Moshe & Melissa Botnick in the form of Bond No. 72555874, issued by Western Surety Company in the amount of $3,210.00, in connection with SD #2539, Monuments, Block 1159.01, Lots 5 & 13; and
WHEREAS, under date of July 8, 2025, the Township Engineer did recommend a release of the performance guarantee aforesaid; and
WHEREAS, the Township Committee has reviewed the recommendation aforesaid and finds the same to be acceptable.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, as follows:
1. That the Performance Guarantee aforesaid be and hereby is released.
2. That the Township Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the following:
A. Township Engineer;
B. Chief Financial Officer; and
C. Moshe & Melissa Botnick |
