| | | | | | | | BE IT ORDAINED, by the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that a certain Ordinance adopted by the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood on April 26, 1962 entitled “An Ordinance Establishing the Annual Minimum and Maximum Salary Ranges for the Offices and Positions of Persons Employed by the Township of Lakewood in the County of Ocean and State of New Jersey”, as amended, be and hereby is further amended and supplemented in the following part only.

BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED THAT, the above ranges shall be effective retroactive to the 1st day of January 2023.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Committee of the Township Committee of the Township of Lakewood, County of Ocean, State of New Jersey, that this Ordinance shall take effect (20) days after final adoption, unless the Township Committee shall adopt a resolution at final adoption declaring an emergency and at least two-thirds of the Committee shall vote in favor of such Resolution.
